Any order placed by you on our website is deemed to have been placed in accordance with these Terms of Use.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a legally binding agreement OR are using the website under parents or guardians’ supervision. You shall not use this website or should not contact us through any other channel to use the website to place an order on your behalf if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. In case of any additional taxes or charges, the same will be mentioned on the website. Delivery charges of Rs.150 are applicable on orders below or equal to Rs.1 kg weight, while just Rs. 80/- will be charged for an additional kg (or lesser) over 1 kg weight of the shipment. 300 PKR being the maximum shipping fee we charge.

It is our policy to permit you to cancel the order until a contract has been made effective i.e. before we notify you via email/ SMS/ phone call regarding the dispatch of your order. Once an order is dispatched, no cancellations can take place.

If any fraudulent transaction is suspected or a transaction is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such an order. We may also flag such suspected users of our website, deny access to them and even cancel any orders placed by them.

All amounts are in Pakistani Rs / PKR.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered, contact us or call our customer services representatives on 0333-3677911 within 05 days of delivery. Usually, an unused product can be returned or exchanged within 05 days of order delivery subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. It is clearly mentioned that Military store. pk offers a money-back return/exchange as well unlike many other e-commerce stores.

It is clarified here that placing an order on Military store. pk brings the company (Military Store) and customer in an agreement that 100% responsibility of usage of all our products will be on the customer. The company would not be responsible for any unlawful act committed by any of our customers.
